Professional and research interests
Dr. Toomey specializes in the evaluation and treatment of all conditions related to the hand, wrist, forearm and elbow. This includes either operative or non-operative management of sports-related injuries, work-related injuries, degenerative and rheumatoid arthritis, nerve compression syndromes and trauma.
Dr. Toomey’s goal is to provide quick patient access to enable a thorough evaluation and rapid implementation of cutting edge treatment methods, including on-site hand therapy, in order to get patients of all ages back to work and play in a timely manner. This includes the utilization of the latest Arthroscopic and minimally invasive procedures for many surgical problems.
Jeremy Toomey, MD performs hand and wrist surgery at St. Luke’s, Saint Alphonsus, and Treasure Valley Hospital. Before joining Allied Orthopaedics, Dr. Toomey worked at St. Lukes Orthopedics - Hand and Wrist.
