Dr. Keith Holley is fellowship trained in Adult Reconstructive surgery and specializes in hip and knee joint replacement surgery.  With over 15 years experience, he has performed thousands of primary and revision joint replacement procedures.  Dr. Holley also has extensive experience with arthroscopic procedures, joint preservation surgery, and complex fracture treatment.  He utilizes and can offer the latest advances in joint replacement surgery, including computer navigation, robotics, minimally invasive approaches, and rapid recovery with same-day discharge for many patients.  His goal for every patient is to relieve pain, restore joint function, and help them maintain an active lifestyle. Dr. Holley is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.

Dr. Holley is a native of Texas.  After college and medical school, he completed his orthopedic training and served 15 years active duty in the U.S. Navy, plus 5 more in the reserves.  His tours of duty included 3 years as a Naval Flight Surgeon and 6 years as the director of the Adult Reconstructive Surgery service at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego.  In 2011, Dr. Holley moved to Idaho and started full-time practice of Orthopedic and Adult Reconstructive Surgery.  He is the proud father of twin boys and enjoys the outdoor activities Idaho offers, including skiing, mountain biking, hunting, and hiking.
